• The start and end time of the activity may be adjusted or changed according to the weather, road conditions and sea conditions on that day.
  

• If there is a sudden change of weather after the activity starts, the organizer will consider the safest and most comfortable choice for the participants according to the actual situation, and may change the content of the experience or even terminate the experience.

Other

• In the event of inclement weather, we may have to cancel operations. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any travel expenses incurred to reach the venue in such cases.
  

• Don't fly immediately after diving. Wait at least 18 to 24 hours before boarding. Because the air pressure of the dive may not be out of the body, flying immediately that day may cause dizziness, quadriplegia, breathing difficulties and even shock.
  

• Don't dive after drinking. To prevent hangovers, limit your drinking the day before.
  

• Changes to entry locations based on ocean conditions:
  If the ocean conditions are poor and entry from Maeda Point is not possible, the instructor will assess the sea conditions and use a boat to go to the Blue Cave. An additional boat fee of 1,500 yen per person will apply.
  If the captain determines that the tour to the Blue Cave is not possible during the boat ride, an alternative course at a nearby location will be offered.
  If you do not agree to take the boat or if the boat is canceled, the course will be held at a shallow point near Maeda Point.
  Due to the nature of the activity, there may be cases where we cannot guide you to the Blue Cave.
  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. (Cancellations or changes in fees due to changes in the diving spot are not allowed.)
  Delays or cancellations due to airline circumstances:
  In case of cancellation of the flight due to bad weather at the departure airport, no cancellation charge will apply. If the departure of the aircraft is significantly delayed, and you cannot participate in the desired course, no cancellation charge will apply. In the event of cancellation, please make sure to obtain and present a certificate. If you do not have a certificate, the regular cancellation charge will apply. (Certificates can be obtained at the arrival airport counter or on the website of the airline.) If you are unable to board the flight due to oversleeping or being late, the regular cancellation charge will apply.
  Regarding busy periods and last-minute reservations:
  During busy periods and reservations made within 3 days prior to the reservation date, we may not be able to accommodate specific requests for beach or boat plans due to staffing constraints. In such cases, we will only be able to accommodate available courses. Thank you for your understanding.
  Changing the reservation time or date within the period where cancellation fees apply will incur a change fee.
