Try on the clothes of the art and stand on the noh stage, an experience that is traditionally reserved only for the performers. Head back for a dinner made with local ingredients featuring the area’s famous tofu. In the morning put on some traditional haiku ceremonial clothing and make a mountain pilgrimage as part of a Japanese purification ritual.
