・No eSIM delivery is required. A QR code fo your eSIM profile will be displayed after your have completed your purchase. In order to scan the QR code, you can either save it on your own device, print it on a piece of paper, or display it on a different device.
・A separate Internet connection is required in order to download and install the eSIM.
・This service requires an eSIM-compatible, SIM-unlocked, or SIM-free device.
・This service has an expiration date. Please note that this service cannot be used after the expiration date.
・We are not responsible for any communication failure or damage caused by improper settings by the customer.
・Please note that for unlimited data plans, the communication speed will be throttled if the daily usage exceeds 3GB.
・Please follow the instructions in the manual to perform the initial setup.
・Even if you have deleted your profile, you can reinstall it on the same device by scanning the same QR code.
・If you are unable to connect even after correctly performing the initial setup described in the manual, please contact us.
・Please note that if you wish to have an eSIM reissued for your own reasons, such as if you have accidentally loaded it on another device, you will not covered by the replacement service and will need to purchase a new eSIM.

【Q＆A】
・Do I need to be connected to the Internet to install the eSIM profile?
The profile that activates the eSIM is downloaded from the Internet, and therefore you must have an Internet connection.
・The message “eSIM cannot be activated” is displayed after configuration is completed.
The eSIM has already been configured, but cannot be activated because you are not yet at your destination. Please check again after you arrive at your destination.
・When will the data plan of the eSIM I purchased come into effect?
After you have configured your eSIM, the data plan will come into effect when data transmission is first initiated in the destination country.
・Are returns or exchanges possible after purchase?
An eSIM will be issued within 24 hours of purchase. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued due to customer circumstances.
・I have not received my order confirmation e-mail (eSIM).
Please check your “Promotions Folder” or “Junk Mail Folder” to see if the e-mail has been automatically filtered or sorted. After checking, if you still have not received your e-mail, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
