Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (the "Policy") explains the handling of information regarding users of the "Japan Boost Travel" service (the "Service") operated by SCKS ServiceWare Corporation (the Company).
Article 1 (Scope of Application)

When Users enter the following User Information, the information shall be forwarded to the region in which the Company is located, i.e., Japan.

Name, date of birth, address, age, gender, nationality, telephone number, e-mail address, ID, password, information entered or transmitted through the input form of the Service, and other information specified by our company in the Service.
- Information collected by the Company when using the Service
Terminal ID (device ID), IP address, terminal location information, server access log information, cookies, and other information transmitted by users through the Service (search history, text data, images, videos, postings to the Service, etc.), information obtained from affiliated services, etc. based on user consent (user IDs in affiliated services, data on user characteristics and behavior stored in affiliated services, etc.) IDs of users on affiliated services, data on user characteristics and behavior stored on affiliated services, etc.)
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

- To analyze information such as website browsing history, purchase history, and other usage information to distribute advertisements regarding products and services provided by the Company or third parties, and to distribute advertisements that match service offerings, user interests, and preferences
- To maintain and improve our services and to consider new services, etc., by analyzing the information listed in the preceding item in accordance with the preceding item
- To investigate and analyze the usage of the Service, etc.
- The Company may change the purpose of use described in the preceding paragraph to the extent that it is reasonably deemed to be related to the purpose of use prior to the change. In the event of a change, the Company shall notify the User of the change, post a notice on the Service or on the website operated by the Company, or otherwise officially announce the change in an easily understandable manner.
- If the purpose for which the information was collected as stipulated in Paragraph 1 no longer exists, the User may request that the company delete or discontinue use of the User's information.
Article 4 (Provision by third parties)
- The Company shall not provide User Information to third parties without the consent of the User, except when required by the Personal Data Protection Law or other laws or regulations, or when required to cooperate in judicial or administrative investigations.
- In the following cases, the person acquiring such user information shall not be considered a "third party" with respect to the application of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- When User Information is provided because of outsourcing all or part of the handling of user information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in the Policy
- When User Information is acquired because of the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
- Cases in which specific User Information is provided to a person other than the Company for joint use, and in which the fact that the User Information has been provided, the items of the jointly used User Information, the scope of the jointly used parties, the purpose of use by the parties, and the name or title of the party responsible for managing such User Information is notified to the person in advance or is readily available to the person in question
- When provided to prevent danger to the life, body, liberty, or property of the User
- When a public agency or an academic institution needs the User Information for statistical or academic research based on public interest and when the User Information has already been de-identified
- In addition to the preceding items, when based on the Personal Data Protection Law or other laws and regulations, or with the prior consent of the individual concerned
Article 5 (Use of Information Collection Module)
The Service incorporates the following information collection modules selected by the Company to analyze information on the use of the Service, advertising effectiveness, etc. In this connection, the Company may provide user information to the following information collection module providers (including those located outside of Japan). These information collection modules collect user information without including personally identifiable information, and the collected information shall be managed in accordance with the privacy policy and other rules set forth by each information collection module provider.

Article 6 (Rights to User Information)
- The User may exercise the following rights based on the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law with respect to their User Information, and the Company shall respond without delay within the period stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Law (within 15 d6ays for requests for disclosure, inspection, and delivery of copies; within 30 days for requests for addition, correction, suspension, and deletion) upon confirmation that the request is being made by the user concerned.

- If the user wishes to exercise the rights to the User Information in Paragraph 1, etc., the user should contact the inquiry desk in Article 9.
- In the event the User requests disclosure, inspection, or delivery of a copy of the User Information, the Company shall charge a fee of 1,000 yen per request.
Article 7 (Security Control Measures)
The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of user information and to manage User Information otherwise safely. In addition, when User Information is provided to employees or contractors (including subcontractors, etc.), the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such employees or contractors. The main details regarding the security control measures of user information are as follows.
Article 8 (Changes to the Policy)
- The Company shall review from time to time the operational status of the handling of user information and strive for continuous improvement and may amend the Policy from time to time as necessary.
- The Company shall notify users of the revised policy by posting the revised policy and its effective date on the Company's website or the Service, by notifying users via e-mail or other electromagnetic recording methods, or by other easy-to-understand methods. However, when making changes to the contents of the Policy that require the consent of users under laws and regulations, the Company shall obtain the consent of the User in a method separately determined by the Company.
